Frequently asked questions.
Should I choose a one-time tune-up or Comfort Club?
A one-time heating or cooling tune-up is $109 for one system, with no membership required. Comfort Club is ongoing care with one heating and one cooling visit each year for every covered system, plus member benefits. Review the visit scope and membership terms to choose what suits you.
What work is included in a seasonal tune-up?
We check the operation, airflow, controls and components appropriate to the heating or cooling season. The cooling visit includes outdoor coil cleaning as needed and primary pan and drain treatment. Clearing an existing clog, new repairs and deep cleaning are separate. The maintenance page lists the complete seasonal scope.
What if the system already had trouble last season?
Mention it before scheduling, even if the problem comes and goes. Describe when it happened and whether it affected heating, cooling or a particular room. A tune-up is different from diagnosing and correcting a fault. We can arrange the appropriate visit through a service request and explain any repair pricing before work begins.
